We’re proud to announce that Venture Studio from Crisis has become a shareholder in Urban Intelligence. This marks an important milestone in our partnership, building on the early loan investment that helped us establish ourselves as a start-up.

At Urban Intelligence, our PlaceMaker software enables councils to create effective, digital Local Plans to support housing and infrastructure delivery in a smarter, more sustainable way. This year, we’ve been developing new innovations in PlaceMaker with the support of additional PropTech Innovation Funding from the Ministry of Housing, Community and Local Government. These enhancements are unlocking even greater efficiencies and scalable solutions for all our PlaceMaker councils.
